Shipping

We send all products via Australia Post Standard / Express or DHL Express services. 

Australia & Tasmania:

Standard Shipping - Freight fee of $10

Express Shipping - Freight fee of $20

DHL Express - Freight fee of $35

New Zealand:

Standard Shipping - Freight fee of $20

Express Shipping - Freight fee of $30

Orders above $400 - Free shipping

DHL Express - Freight fee of $40

Rest of the world:

Standard Shipping - Freight fee of $40

Express Shipping - Freight fee of $50

DHL Express - Freight fee of $70

 

Chilled Supplements

All chilled supplements sent in a dedicated foil bag with an ice pack, to allow the product to be in a chilled environment as long as possible during transit.

We recommend sending all chilled supplements via Express Post or DHL Express to shorten the transit time.

Chilled packaging and ice pack supplied as part of the order are free of charge.

International Shipping

All our products are available for international shipping.

All chilled supplements (Rosita) require express shipping.

If you wish to purchase our products and require any special arrangement or a custom quote, please send us an email to info@hammerhead.health. Kindly include your exact address, product names and quantities.

Please note the following guidelines for international shipping:

  • Hammerhead Health will refund and/or replace physically damaged products at no additional charge.
  • We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or quarantine fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them.
  • All other items which have been ordered incorrectly by the customer or any unwanted products will be refunded the purchase amount minus the postage charge as long as the packaging is in its original condition. Additionally, any return postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Hammerhead Health will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us.

Note: International parcels sent via DHL Express to remote areas, might have an additional surcharge. We will advise if this is applicable before dispatching the products.
